Give the next generation a living planet.
Every second, another truckload of clothing is buried or burned.1 The children growing up today will inherit that mountain, unless we teach them, early, how to stop building it. Your gift plants that seed.

Why give
Children who learn to care for the Earth grow up to protect it.
Since 2011, Green Education Foundation has worked to give students what many schools can’t afford to add: hands-on lessons about where our things come from and where they go.2 We bring recycling education into classrooms, trade new backpacks and school supplies for recycled items, and turn donated clothing into support for schools.2
The years between 7 and 16 shape how a person sees the world.2 A gift today reaches a child in those years, and the habits they build will outlast all of us.
“My people survived genocide and lawless colonialism by staying together. We know what it takes to band together and help those in need.”3Charlene Nijmeh, Founder & Chair
